Who pays if something breaks?
Agree this before the move and write it down with the item list. Point out costly and fragile items so they are packed with extra care.
Should I pay everything in advance?
No. Pay a small advance at booking and the rest after your goods are delivered and checked.
What should I keep with me?
Keep cash, jewellery, important documents, medicines and laptops with you, not in the truck.
